RIP Cheese

This has been a long time coming, and I have been dreading and avoiding it. But with experiments, not all can be successful.

Today I gave it up, and put the cheeseman to rest. The smell was not right, the temperatures have been way out of whack for the past few months and I knew it had to be done to keep eaters of cheese safe... I had to throw him away.

I am more than sad, but there will be more cheesemaking in the future.

OH man he was such a beautiful baby. The pictures are really heart-breaking. What recipe did you use? Was it raw milk, etc? And why did you move him around so much?
